The Problems of Philosophy

In this little book Bertrand Russell has provided an intelligible and stimulating guide to a branch of knowledge which is often mistakenly considered too abstruse for the lay mind. He has confined himself chiefly to those problems of philosophy concerning which he thought it possible to say something positive and constructive. For this reason, theory of knowledge occupies a larger space than metaphysics, and some topics much discussed by philosophers are treated briefly.
