Studies in Analytical Psychology - Gerhard Adler
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. Stated First Edition. Hardcover and dust jacket.
These studies in analytical psychology based on a collection of lectures which were given during the years 1936-1945. They are the result of fifteen years of psychotherpeutic practice by a wellknown analytical psychologist.
They have grown out of the almost daily contact between analyst and patient; every problem discussed has emerged from the common effort of analyst and analysand. This is valid for the technical as well as for the theoretical discussions, for the latter represent only the effort of the psychologist to explain for his own use and that of his patients the experiences ofanalysis and to understand the implications of the process of psychological integration.
